    A full-body focus; utilizing intuitive eating and practical goal setting. Learn how to eat, according to your body, so you will never have to diet again.

    For athletes of all levels. We work together to develop a plan to fuel your daily life, training load, and competition day. Take the guess work out your nutrition plan and focus on your sport!

  • Nutrition Tune Up

    Are you fairly confident in your current nutrition habits, but still wondering “am I doing this right?” This focus is designed to fine-tune your nutrition and answer any burning questions you have.

My Coaching Method

Step 1: Listen

To start off, we go through questions so that I can learn all about you. And not just your goals, measurements, and medical history… but also your daily life, family, hobbies, culture, food preferences, history with food, etc. These are all important factors that impact your health and well-being, and help me to customize your experience.

Step 2: Educate

This portion varies client to client, as I tailor nutrition education and recommendations for you. I want you to have the knowledge that I’ve learned over my professional years to fully understand not only what to do, but why it’s recommended and how your body will respond. By doing this you will know how to analyze every scenario in your life, and what to do from there. With practice and time, it will become second nature. An educated client is an empowered client.

Step 3: Take Action

Blending together the “you” expertise and the nutrition expertise, we set small goals that you feel ready to implement. Ultimately, you are in the drivers seat. You are in control of where we go, and decide what you want to focus on at each stage. I am more of the GPS; guiding you along way and offering you possible routes that will get you to your destination (aka your mission).

Step 4: Reassess & Repeat

At each follow up session, we check in on our action plan. What is going well? What didn’t work as well as we thought it would? What progress have we made? We trouble-shoot, tweak, and set new goals. All the while discovering what is actually working for you.

Whatever your mission is, we work together to get you there and keep you there!
